I had a lovely six-night stay at Grand Aston. The spacious room offered plenty of comfort. The location was convenient for exploring nearby malls. The air conditioning could use some improvement.

The room was spacious and had a super comfy bed that made it hard to get out in the morning. The outdoor swimming pool and wellness center were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. Only downside was the small mall next door was being renovated, which limited some dining options nearby. 😊

Also, noise from nearby rooms could be heard occasionally, which was a slight inconvenience.

The room size was generous, with a nice sitting area and a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Checking in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options exceeded my expectations, with a variety of dishes and an omelette station. However, the room itself felt a bit outdated, especially the furniture. Some items looked worn out, and I noticed a chair in my room had a loose leg. The cleanliness could have been better. I found some dirty spots on the doors inside the room. Also, the air conditioning unit was too loud and troublesome. I called the reception for assistance, but it took a while for someone to come and address the issue, which was frustrating. Despite these inconveniences, the free afternoon tea with delicious cakes was a highlight of my stay.

I loved the friendly staff who really made me feel welcome, and the nearby Taman Suropati, which is perfect for a relaxing stroll among the greenery. The hotel is a short distance from great dining options like Kopi Luwak just a few steps away.
